These terms apply to 38-0, a fan-made football draft and simulation game for browser, iOS and Android. By using the game, you agree to use it fairly and follow these terms.
38-0 is not affiliated with FIFA, leagues, clubs, player associations, Apple, Google or any football rights holder. Player, club and tournament names may appear for identification, commentary, parody, historical or tribute purposes. All marks and names belong to their owners.
An account is optional. Accounts can save your trophy room, sync progress across devices and restore membership. You are responsible for keeping access to the Apple, Google or email account you use to sign in.
Do not attack the service, scrape private endpoints, reverse engineer abuse protections, attempt to bypass payment checks, impersonate another person or use the game in a way that harms other users or the service.
Membership is optional. Current member benefits include +1 re-roll in drafts, no ad placements or ad prompts, 2 Daily Challenge attempts and early access to new modes.
In the iOS and Android apps, membership is sold as auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. The exact price, billing period, trial or offer status, taxes and renewal details are shown in the store purchase sheet before you confirm.
App subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time if you do not want the next period to be charged. Deleting a 38-0 account or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription. If you cancel, membership access remains until the end of the paid period unless the store refunds or revokes the transaction.
Use Restore purchases in the account screen to recover an active Apple or Google subscription on the same store account. Subscriptions bought on the web before the native apps must be managed with the original web payment provider.
The Privacy Policy explains what account, purchase and trophy-room data is processed. You can delete a 38-0 account from the app account screen or follow the account deletion instructions. Account deletion removes app-local 38-0 data from our database, but it does not cancel active subscriptions with Apple, Google or any other payment provider.
