This page explains how to delete a 38-0 account created with email, Apple or Google login.
The deletion request removes your 38-0 account, trophy room, checkout sessions and app-local billing references linked to that account from our database.
You can request account deletion from the web without reinstalling the app. If you cannot access 38-0, email [email protected] from the address linked to your 38-0 account and ask us to delete it. If you used Apple or Google login and your provider hides your real email, include the email shown in the 38-0 account screen or your latest store receipt/order reference so we can verify ownership. We will confirm the request and complete deletion of app-local account data within 30 days unless we must retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, tax or legal reasons.
Deleting a 38-0 account does not cancel an active subscription with Apple, Google, Stripe, Asaas or another payment provider. Cancel the subscription through the provider's own subscription tools. If you keep an active Apple or Google subscription and create a new 38-0 account later, use Restore purchases in the account screen to reconnect that store subscription.
Local-only game data stored on your device is removed by clearing this site's data in your browser settings or removing the app. Provider-side purchase, tax, fraud-prevention or legal records may remain with Apple, Google or another payment provider according to their policies.
